Healing After Harm
A trauma‑informed space for emotional recovery, nervous system healing & empowered self‑leadership.
Healing After Harm is a gentle, neuroscience‑informed space for women recovering from emotional harm, narcissistic abuse, relational trauma, chronic stress, and patterns of self‑protection that no longer serve them. Created and facilitated by Dr Samantha Worthington, this private community offers education, support, and connection for women who want to feel safer in their bodies, clearer in their minds, and more confident in their lives.
